Commercial Forestry
Manage operations from the seedling to harvest and processing
Commercial forestry requires careful resource planning and monitoring of key parameters at each growth stage. Agritask offers a complete platform to digitize field surveys and operations, including scouting for pest and disease, taking forest inventory and others. The platform provides greater visibility with intuitive data visualization and analysis.
With high-resolution imagery, the platform can detect the number of trees, size and density as well as identify ailing trees, down to an individual tree level.
Agritask’s solutions include harvest management and logistics, such as tracking plot status, documenting log pile measurements and locations, and implementing traceability. It is used to plan road construction and optimize transport.
"Agritask has changed the way I monitor and manage my regional project. It is a flexible, integrative and easy to use agronomic platform that helps me identify and mitigate risks, as well as plan and execute activities across the entire region, where hundreds of growers cultivating dozens of different crops are being benefited from the system."

“We are using Agritask since a few years ago. It has helped us a lot more than we expected, it saves time and you have the information instantly. Since we started using it, our control of pests and irrigation has improved, with which the efficiency in the fruit we export has increased. We are implementing other functions with which we hope to continue improving. The Agritask team is always here to support us. We are very happy. Thanks Agritask”

“Our IPM project in 4 counties in Kenya focuses on introducing structured region-wide field scouting of fall armyworm, an invasive pest that threatens food security in many African countries. Agritask is used as the field reporting tool, and it highly contributes to improving the scouting processes and generating real-time insights based on reported data. Agritask has proved to be easy to use by smallholder farmers, and I recommend it as a promising system for the promotion of IPM in Africa”
