The legal basis for collecting and processing your Inquiry Information and Demo Information is our legitimate interests in responding to your inquiry.

The legal basis under EU law for collecting and processing Analytics Information is our legitimate interest in managing the Website and, business development and planning.

The legal basis under EU law for sharing your information with competent authorities and with third parties (such as legal counsels and advisors), for the purpose of handling of your violation or breach of the terms of your engagement with Agritask is our legitimate interest in enforcing our rights and protecting our business interests.

We at Agritask (“Agritask“, “we”, “us”, “our”) develop and operate an agronomy platform that integrates multiple agronomic technologies into a farmer’s intelligence ecosystem (the “Platform”).

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy“) describes the ways that we handles your personal data when you use the Agritask Platform. It also describes the rights and options available to you with respect to your information.

Please note that this Notice covers the Platform’s privacy practices in general matters. Your employer (the “Company”) may have an additional privacy notice explaining its own specific privacy practices related to your personal data. If the Company’s privacy notice conflicts with this Policy, then the Company’s notice will apply.

The Company for which you work is the data controller of the personal data on the Platform. Agritask is the data processor on behalf of the Company.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

We process information about you when you use the Platform, but you are not legally required to provide your information.

We may process the following information about you when you use the Platform: first and last name, name of your Company for which you work, GPS coordinates of your device, the type of device you use, the data and time of entering the Platform.

If you use the Platform in connection with an insurance policy, the insurance company may ask us to process your name, address, ID number, bank account information, phone number and email. 

 

We also collect analytical information about your use of the Platform.

 

When you use the Platform, we will collect statistical and analytics information  about your use of the Platform, including: IP address from which you accessed the Platform, time and date of access, type of browser used, features used, and actions taken while using the Platform (“Analytical Information“).

Your Company will use your personal data to manage the information entered into the Platform, track your assignment status and assign tasks to your Company’s employees accordingly.

You have the right to opt-out of us processing data based on our legitimate interests.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
